Minimum Order Requirements and We do not provide any shipment at this time.

We may, in our sole discretion, set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements from time to time for any order or attempted order placed in our store . 

  

Return after Purchased

All return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase, as reported by the respective third-party package delivery company, to qualify for return. Return requests received more than thirty (30) days after the date of delivery are not eligible for return. All returns must be completed within thirty(30) days of when return instructions are provided. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by SUNPLUS TRADING INC to be returned to shall be returned at SUNPLUS TRADING INC at the customer's expense and may include a restocking fee. If an order is short-shipped, the wrong product was sent, or if merchandise is damaged or defective, we will issue a full credit for the product amount. No returns or reports of damaged/defective product will be accepted after thirty(30) days.
